We are looking for a Data and Claims Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting our Consumer Goods team. This is a role that will work with our amazing team, in the CPG space and business stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration.

Here’s how:

• Develop an understanding of and become proficient in the food industry as well as the use of various TELUS Sales Enablement toolsets and databases.
• Assist with maintenance of the 1FS operator and distributor database, using the mapping queue to align records with the family tree to match with common industry segments/information and framework.
• Ability to research the web effectively and solve data issues through logical sequencing.
• Ability to maintain repetitive patterns and efficient pace.
• Contribute ideas/facilitate ways for continuous improvements and efficiencies of software/services for the betterment of the toolset/customer.
• Microsoft Office experience is required along with a working knowledge of Excel and electronic data manipulation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-orientated work environment.
• Assist with processing claim files from customers as needed.
• Develop/maintain great relationships with TELUS MDM Team.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

The US base salary range for this position is: $40k - $45k USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
