Our Technology
Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. It’s built to empower developers to create smart contracts and decentralised applications with ease. Today, the Tezos ecosystem is made up of thousands of passionate community members actively involved in various projects and initiatives including the development of decentralised applications, smart contracts, and educational content. We’re proud to partner with the likes of Manchester United, McLaren Racing, Ubisoft, and Societe Generale (to name a few). The Role
The Product Design team at Trilitech is responsible for crafting innovative dApps that drive the evolution of the Tezos ecosystem. Our mission is clear: to streamline the user journey within Web3 by enhancing user experiences and removing obstacles. As a Product Designer, you’ll be instrumental in this effort, shaping applications on the Tezos blockchain and digital tools like websites and design resources to support ecosystem growth.

Your role will involve various design tasks, from contributing to product development to engaging with the community. This includes conducting user research, prototyping, and rigorous testing to refine UX/UI for optimal appeal and usability.

What you'll do

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product scope and features aligned with strategic goals and user requirements

• Participating actively in partner and cross-agency meetings, providing insights and exploring collaboration opportunities

• Supporting the development team to seamlessly integrate detailed design concepts into functional product

• Generating innovative design concepts for web and mobile applications based on user personas, stories, and user experience research

• Creating user-focused design scripts and layouts to develop intuitive, engaging interfaces for diverse user bases

• Producing wireframes and high-fidelity designs as development blueprints, balancing creativity with practical implementation

• Establishing design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints

• Prototyping digital experiences for iterative testing, using user feedback to validate design assumptions and refine product iterations

• Developing detailed user personas and mapping user journeys to understand motivations and pain points for effective design solutions

What you'll need

• Dynamic portfolio showcasing recent UX/UI projects that highlight your ability to create engaging digital experiences

• Demonstrated expertise in UX design, capable of translating project requirements into user-friendly flows, wireframes, and polished final designs

• Strong visual design acumen, with the ability to develop clear information architecture and visually appealing designs that resonate with users

• Experience working with and contributing to design systems, demonstrating your ability to work within established frameworks

• Familiarity with various user research methodologies to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions effectively

• Commitment to accessibility and ethical design practices, integrating these principles seamlessly into your design process

• Genuine passion for blockchain technology and a desire to contribute to its advancement through innovative design solutions
