We are looking for a Senior Web Developer in Brazil to work on project for an international client, who enjoys sharing and learning new technologies, contributing to CI&T and the community, who has a cultural “match” with us, respecting differences, working with collaboration and teamwork.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in web development and exposure to contexts involving direct contact with international clients and a multicultural team. This is a challenging opportunity where you will have the chance to contribute to the client's digital transformation process, playing a key role in delivering value and impact to the business. We are seeking someone who respects differences, works collaboratively, and contributes to the creation of a learning and innovative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Your daily routine will include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design software architecture solutions.
Lead the development and implementation of high-quality software applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Architect and design reliable, scalable, and secure software systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Ensure the software architecture aligns with business goals and objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS

You need to have solid practical experience in:
Advanced English, capable of conversing with native speakers of the written and spoken language
Requirements gathering skills and experience in solution design
TypeScript, including experience with the React framework and Next.js using Vercel
Advanced styling with CSS, including animations and transitions
Source Code Management Tools (Git)
Building and using APIs with Postman
Application Monitoring tools usage, especially Sentry

NICE TO HAVE 

You will stand out if you have familiarity with:
Website personalization and feature toggle by using Optimizely tools
Customer Data Platform (CDP)  usage, especially Segment
Serverless Architecture on AWS with CDK
Building CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Sanity
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) optimization
