We help to achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. The Sales team is responsible for shaping new business, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer needs are met.

The Sales Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. The principal reason for the existence of this job is to plan, co-ordinate, organize and promote the sales of Bently Nevada products, services, parts, solutions and projects in an assigned territory (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, former Yugoslavia and Israel), in line with Baker Hughes strategic objectives.
As a Sales Manager Southeast Europe, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving assigned sales objectives within budgeted costs
- Establishing and maintaining contact with major customers and their representatives
- Handles products and systems requiring basic technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
- Managing channel partners
- Identification of projects that offer the potential for maximizing income and growth
- Prepares various periodic and special reports.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Have relevant experience in Oil&Gas and/or Power Generation industry preferably with rotating equipment
- Have proven sales skills
- Be fluent in Romanian or Greek (Spoken & Written)
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good negotiation skills
- Be able to travel 50% to the assigned territory (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, former Yugoslavia and Israel)
