Your primary focus will be on leveraging social media platforms to generate leads and directing them to our website for further information and consultation. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to our target audience and healthcare niche.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Drive traffic to our website by strategically linking social media content to relevant landing pages and service offerings.
- Implement lead generation tactics, such as gated content, webinars, and email sign-ups, to capture and nurture leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, lead generation metrics, and campaign effectiveness to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Make phone calls to assisted living facilities to inquire if they would benefit from residential psychiatric evaluation/treatment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or marketing assistant, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to explore new ideas and strategies.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
