They are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is adept at conveying complex technical concepts through compelling social media designs and branding initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the visual representation of our client’s innovative solutions across digital and physical platforms.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Design: Craft visually appealing and innovative designs for various social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility and user engagement, with a big focus on Twitter.

• Branding Initiatives: Participate in the development and refinement of branding strategies, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital and physical media.

• Adobe Suite Proficiency: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality graphics and visual elements that effectively communicate complex tech concepts.

• Web3 and Tech-Focused Design: Leverage experience in designing for Web3, blockchain, tech, SaaS, and AI industries to produce relevant and impactful content.

• Creative Autonomy: Independently develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts, considering feedback and evolving trends in the tech industry.

• Scalable Design Solutions: Create and implement design templates and processes that can be scaled and replicated across various projects and platforms. 

• Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to refine designs and align with overall business goals.

What Success Looks Like:

In the next 3-6 months we expect: 

• Enhanced Brand Engagement: 

  • Through compelling and well-crafted designs, you've significantly boosted the brand's presence and engagement on Twitter/X. 

  • Create high-quality designs for all major partnership announcements and product launches to boost visibility and engagement.

• Cohesive Branding: 

  • You collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement our brand style guide across all channels. 

  • Audit and redesign existing brand assets to align with the new brand style guide, resulting in increased brand recognition.

• Autonomy: 

  • Proactively monitor design trends in the tech, Web3, and blockchain sectors to create visually compelling and innovative designs.

  • Anticipate when certain designs will be required for announcements and take the initiative to drive them forward, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

  • Establish a streamlined process for design requests and efficiently manage projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress and that deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly within the Web3, blockchain, tech, SaaS, or AI sectors.

• Proficient in creating engaging motion graphics and short video content for social media. 

• Experience with video editing software and the ability to edit and repurpose video clips from talks and conferences. 

• Strong portfolio featuring work with North American companies, showcasing a broad range of visual design skills and project types.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant design software.

• Fluent spoken English and excellent communication skills, able to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.

• Autonomous work style with the ability to generate and execute creative ideas independently.

• A deep understanding of design and website building software: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma, and Webflow.

• Attention to detail and project management skills to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
