Half Day Systems Operations Intern (Remote)

Daily Tasks:

• Monitor the performance of Zoho applications and systems.
  

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users and associates.
  

• Assist in responding to and resolving help desk tickets related to Zoho applications.
  

• Conduct routine system checks and backups.
  

• Creation of dashboards, reports, and scheduled emails to meet evolving business needs.
  

Weekly Tasks:

• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  

• Develop and implement small-scale automation using Deluge scripting.
  

• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and upcoming tasks.
  

Monthly Tasks:

• Assist in conducting system audits to ensure compliance and security.
  

• Document system configurations, updates, and changes.
  

• Review and optimize existing workflows within Zoho applications.
  

Ad Hoc Tasks:

• Create and customize reports and dashboards within Zoho applications.
  

• Schedule emails and notifications for automated processes.
  

• Build and maintain Zappier integrations to enhance system functionality.
  

• Collaborate with the Data Validation Manager to ensure data integrity.
  

• Export and import data as needed for various projects and analyses
  

• Assist with user creation, updates and onboarding for new users within the business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  

• Familiarity with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting (Python)
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  

• Proactive with a high agency to drive tasks.
