Responsibilities:

• Manage time effectively and meet project deadlines, even when working remotely.
• Lead the end-to-end creative process, from concept to production, ensuring brand consistency across various marketing assets such as landing pages, events, webinars, and email campaigns.
• Plan, develop, and implement digital tools and processes to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
• Provide clear and timely communication on project progress and deliverables.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for project needs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
• Portfolio link to examples of past client and/ or student work is required.
• Quick, clear & honest communicator.
• Delivers work on time, no excuses.
• Detail oriented.
• Think creatively to solve project needs.
• Solid graphic design, typography and digital design skills.

Required Skills / Programs:

• Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
• Experience in Canva, making/ using templates.
• Experience in Figma.
• Interest and/ or experience using AI (send any examples).
• Simple animation / Editing abilities in AfterEffects / Premiere are a huge plus.
