In collaboration with our client, a prestigious international beauty brand, Brick Executive Search is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is pivotal in advancing their D2C eCommerce endeavors, with a specialized focus on email marketing and copywriting. It offers a dynamic and evolving opportunity for growth within the thriving beauty industry.

Embedded within the business, this position encompasses various departments, requiring the ideal candidate to excel in a small-team environment and adeptly manage diverse responsibilities. By collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, the role ensures timely project delivery through meticulous project management and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling and impactful copy for a range of marketing materials, with a primary emphasis on emails and SMS. Additionally, contribute to website content, paid media, and training guides.
  • Foster close collaboration with the eCommerce Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and Creative team to brainstorm and develop campaign assets.
  • Oversee the email calendar for both D2C and B2B segments, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support to the Social Media Manager across all platforms, including scheduling posts, engaging with messages/comments, and generating insightful reports.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis on eCommerce site performance and campaign KPIs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Participate actively in relevant meetings and calls, capturing detailed meeting notes for effective follow-up and coordination.
  • Manage the distribution of ads and other marketing assets (both print and digital) to various outlets and publications.

Skills:

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of Digital Marketing experience, with a strong focus on copywriting and email marketing management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tactics, with hands-on experience using Shopify.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to navigate complex challenges.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
