Hey! We're on the lookout for support within the recruiting team as more companies trust us to make their tech projects thrive.

We are fully transparent: this role is for you if you're willing to get a temporary assignment or wish to complement your current job with a freelance occupation. This partnership will have a predetermined length and afterward, if this works out as we hope, we'll be in touch again whenever we require sourcing support. We might eventually take this to a full-time permanent position, but that's not what we're looking for currently.

What you'll be doing
- You will partner with the Recruiting Manager and the assigned Recruiter for every opening you collaborate with to understand the role, project, and client requirements thoroughly
- You will come up with a sourcing strategy and implement it, counting on us for all the support you might need
- You will learn our tone and communication guidelines to later create your own reach-out messages and sequences to attract potential candidates
- You will manage the ATS, feed our pipeline, schedule the initial interview with the corresponding Recruiter, and have visibility on how each candidate's application moves forward
- You will be a "profile curator" to help us present candidates' profiles to Hiring Managers in the best possible way
- You will attend team meetings to share your status, and your doubts and receive feedback (30 minutes, once a week)

What you bring
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
- 2+ yoe in sourcing for tech roles
- Advanced boolean search mastery
- Proficient communication skills
- C1 English skills
- Creative writing skills
- Team player, collaborative, unafraid to speak up spirit
- Familiar with various ATS (Ashby expertise will be a plus), Slack and Google Suite
- Working computer and stable internet connection

Contract conditions
This will be a short-term project lasting 3-4 weeks, starting June 2024
The tasks are 95% asynchronous. The weekly meeting takes place during the permanent team working hours (GMT -3)
This is a 100% remote and USD-paid assignment
This position is available for LATAM residents only
