Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role supports various operational activities including customer service, quoting, accounts payable/receivable, and light supply chain management. If you are organized, analytical, and enjoy both communication and operational tasks, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle daily communications with customers via phone calls and emails, ensuring outstanding service and support.
  • Quoting: Prepare and follow-up on customer quotes, contributing to sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Assist with accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
  • Supply Chain Assistance: Support supply chain processes including inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
  • Data Management: Maintain and analyze spreadsheets and databases for reporting on inventory and financials to aid decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with phone and email interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
