Marketing Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
• Collaborating with external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and projects.
• Coordinating of organization of events and conferences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
• Managing marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (min. C1).
• Experience in marketing coordination or operations roles preferably in Crypto, Gaming or Fintech industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge and passion for the crypto industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
