We are looking for an articulate, intelligent Art Director to work across a diverse range of design projects for a variety of clients This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to help lead, inspire, and help develop our creative team, to ensure we continue to create the very high standard of work our clients have come to expect. Key Responsibilities

• Clever creative ideas and conceptual thinking

• An inspirational design leader and team player with excellent communication skills

• Proven experience working on branding projects (including brand identity/guidelines)

• Ability to interpret and visualize complex information

• Solid typographic/layout design skills, with a high level of crafting and attention to detail

• A good understanding of messaging and how it can be used to drive communications

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• Experience working on digital deliverables, including websites and a keen interest in digital trends

• Ability to manage multiple projects, team members and deadlines

Qualifications

• 5+ years working on print, brand and digital projects

• Previous experience in healthcare or technology industry a plus but not required

• Industry experience using a variety of tools including the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, including Power Point, and Figma

• Experience working with different workflows and overseeing process

• Strong writing and organizational skills and ability to multi-task

• Ability to contribute to strategic thinking and the development and execution of programs
