The HR Services Manager, is a pivotal role where you will be the primary contact for global clients, providing expert guidance on local Employment Laws and ensuring a seamless worker life cycle. As the local HR Services ambassador, you'll embody the essence of our services in the community, fostering positive relationships with both clients and workers. This role may extend to other countries based on business requirements, offering a unique opportunity to influence and enhance our global HR services. How you will make a difference:

  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all GEO workers by engagement in all steps of the onboarding process & attentive contact with the worker.
  • Minimize offboarding risks through effective management of both voluntary and involuntary worker exits, including retirements.
  • Proactively enhance the local market's competitiveness and appeal to workers by providing guidance on benefits and other local considerations.
  • Identify and address gaps in processes, recommending changes to enhance competitiveness and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure high-quality service and advice within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Take complete ownership of local market processes and results.
  • Support Payroll team, actively assisting the Payroll team from a local perspective.
  • Participate in different projects as assigned by the immediate line manager.
  • Support the team and line management with regular updates on employment law.
  • Collaborate with and support local sales and cross-functional teams, providing insights and guidance from the local market perspective.

What will make you stand out:   

  • 5-6 years Bulgarian Labor Law Experience

  • Confident and fully autonomous in broad HR aspects   

  • HR or related field education, university preferred 

  • Strong communication skills in both the Bulgarian language and English. 

  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and resilience. 

  • Recognized interpersonal skills, team spirit and collaboration skills 

  • Customer service focus.
