Sales at NexHealth

It’s an exciting time to be in Sales at NexHealth.  Our business and the Sales Org are accelerating at such a rapid pace that we must build more processes and logistics across Departments to operate efficiently at scale. Our team is comprised of the most capable and motivated individuals in tech. Being a Sales Leader at Nexhealth means you are ready to tackle the most impactful challenges and opportunities that lack clear ownership and accountability.  As the business scales, the requirements for process and logistics far outstretch the capacity of a “side job” and therefore require dedicated leadership and ownership.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and develop an AE Upsell sales team.
  • Build a process to monitor accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner, build, and refine the process with CS leadership to mitigate churn risks and improve upsell or cross-sell chances.
  • Track, analyze, and create reports based on account activity, product and product feature usage rates, and customer effort scores to guide team strategy and approach.
  • Own and work with XFN teams to develop campaigns and specific offers that meet the needs and goals of customers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of previous SaaS Sales experience in a closing role 
  • 2+ years of sales leadership where you have worked closely with CS Teams
    • Some CS experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Track record of a strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by advanced project management knowledge.
  • Strong SalesForce Competency
