Your missions

Salary: P520 to P620, (Per Hour / 5 Hours a day)

Schedule: Monday – Friday  (Anytime between 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST)

What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong corporate legal experience or familiarity with legal processes;
  • Proven experience in account management and project management
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively;
  • Comfortable with computer systems;
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage in a startup environment; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Background in Legal Industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

 

What will you do?

Intake Process Management:

  • Lead the intake process, including lead generation, follow-ups, and onboarding;
  • Coordinate with the operations team to align sales processes with operational procedures;
  • Prepare, send, and organize engagement letters and client onboarding documents; and
  • Scheduling and communication support.

Operational Support:

  • Manage the firm’s active matter pipeline;
  • Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures for new and existing processes;
  • Check-in with attorneys on a periodic basis and provide case updates to firm management as needed;
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication support between attorneys, clients, and support staff; and
  • Collaborate with attorneys and operations team to address client needs and improve service delivery.

Billing:

  • Monitor client billing status and report significant updates to firm management; and
  • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate and timely billing for legal services provided

Review and Planning:

  • Review sales pipeline performance and identify areas for further enhancement; and
  • Attend weekly meetings with operations team to optimize pipeline management processes
