The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Wealth Operations Specialist with experience in pensions and SIPP transfers, to join our Wealth Operations team. In this role, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the team and you will be supporting our customers to make the most out of their investments with Plum with focus on the SIPP transfers.

Your day-to-day

• Processing the back office operations for SIPP transfers (in/out)
• Support customers and internal teams by providing answers to queries regarding the SIPP product
• Collaborate with our third-party-providers to ensure fast processing of transfers requests and resolve customer queries quickly
• Ensure that all processes are mapped and documented, spot inefficiencies and process improvement opportunities and work out a plan to make it happen.
• Monitor team’s key performance indicators, create management reports (MI) and escalate to management when spotting trends that affect team’s performance
• Work closely with Product and Tech to drive automation of reporting, transfers, payments etc and work on improving internal tooling
• Support the Wealth Operations team with the day-to-day task of Plum’s other wealth products (GIA, ISA, ETFs etc.)

Ideally You

• Have experience administering SIPP transfers. 
• Have good knowledge of pension regulations and reporting requirements
• Have working experience of the CASS rules, particularly CASS 6 & 7
• Have experience of cash and stock reconciliations
• Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to working collaboratively
• Have experience working in a back office function of a FinTech business
• Are self directed and can take the initiative
• Have deep commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance
• Are willing to come into our central London office 2 days a week
