Your missions
LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES
Position: Performance Marketing Manager
Salary Range: $900-1,500/month
Working Hours: M-F, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM in Central Time
Key Duties and Responsibilities
● Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies across Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, Demand Generation, and YouTube.
● Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
● Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and channels.
● Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets and landing pages optimized for conversion.
● Continuously test new ideas, ad formats, and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
● Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve daily KPIs.
● Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest features and opportunities.
● Work closely with external partners and vendors to execute campaigns effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
● 3-5+ years of experience managing Google Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Search, Display, Meta and YouTube.
● Proficiency in Google Ads platform including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
● Experience with Demand Generation a plus.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Proven track record of driving results and achieving performance goals in digital advertising campaigns.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience advertising for healthcare-related campaigns is preferred
