Junior Data Analyst (m/f/d)

What will be your challenge in the role:
- Explore large datasets, evaluate data quality and understand consumer behavioural patterns relevant for product development as well as operational efficiency
- Analyze problems to understand their root cause
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop and implement analytical solutions and contribute to Data Analysis projects
- Create structure in disordered information and data
- Provide recommendations based on data driven insights
What you need to succeed in the role:
- Master or MBA degree in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration)
- Consulting skills and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to identify issues, structure and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions
- An understanding how to perform data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python and R
- The ability to balance multiple priorities, be detail-oriented, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice if you have:
- Experience within payments, risk or factoring
- Ambition to develop as a professional in an entrepreneurial organization that provides opportunities to work with your areas of interest
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI
