Artificial Intelligence Engineer

What we’re looking for

At Ideaware, we are looking for an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team in a full-time contract position, & work on an international project with one of our partners located in the U.S.
 As an artificial intelligence engineer, you will be expected to have a keen interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, LLMs, and staying current with the latest developments in a rapidly changing field.
 

Responsibilities

- Design and develop LLMs and AI models to meet project requirements.
- Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers can use.
- Develop creative use cases of LLMs for Marketing Funnels and SaaS.
- Manage web project infrastructure and the integration of LLMs.
- Work with front-end and back-end engineers to integrate LLMs workflows with new and already existing codebases.
 

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or several years of experience (+3 yrs) in computer science, data science, backend development, or another related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with LLM models, including OpenAI’s GPT3.5, GPT4, and Whisper.
• Hands-on experience using Langchain and Rest APIs.
• Hands-on experience with vector similarity search and vector databases.
• Proficiency in English. B2 level or above.

• Solid understanding of Python and Django for AI and web development.
• Solid hands-on experience developing end-to-end RAG pipelines.
• Solid Hands-on Experience with Agent-driven Gen-AI architectures and solutions.
• Knowledge of web development with Ruby on Rails and Javascript is a plus.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and using popular LLMs.
• Hands-on Experience with Fine-Tuning LLM models.
• Excellent communication skills.
