We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be the closest to the source of potential clients in Revit. Your feedback, curiosity, and questions will be essential to our team’s success and will make a big impact on our path of always becoming better, step by step.
As a Sales Development Representative in Revit you will be:Launching email campaigns and communicating with prospects to book appointments for our clients based on the project’s details;Collaborating with other departments (Research, Email Deliverability & Tech Automation, Client Success) to be able to do the day-to-day work and maintain the project based on gameplan discussed internally and with a client;Sharing feedback on what’s working and what’s not working, leading the changes, suggesting ideas for campaigns, helping craft templates and developing campaign strategy;Being the main point of contact for a client conducting weekly/bi-weekly meetings with our clients and briefing our internal delivery team on updates;Keeping the project on track and monitoring the success and raising a hand if needed help from other departments to ensure we deliver Wow through service and meet client’s expectations;Entering all required data into the CRM, and spreadsheets, preparing reporting, and using other tools necessary for outreach and account management.You will be successful in this role if you:Are experienced in working as an SDR or in a similar client-facing role for at least 1 year;Have an advanced level of English (C1-C2) and Fluent Ukrainian;Are experienced in using sales tools, G-suite services, and various CRM systems;Enjoy curiously asking lots of questions in hopes of getting the full picture and having in-depth knowledge;Critically think and based on the situation provide realistic (both negative and positive) feedback to clients and team members;Move fast, adapt, learn, and able to grow quickly.We care for our team, therefore we provide:
