Operations Assistant for a Parking Solutions Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time)

Daily Jobs:

• Update CRM with necessary client updates (e.g., price updates, manually creating new bookings, amending transactions as needed)
  
• Respond to key business inquiries via email and assist customer service in managing escalated issues
  
• Manage day-to-day business operations and maintain close communication with the head of operations
  

Weekly Jobs:

• Run SQL queries on the Heroku database and extract data to generate reports
  
• Generate internal reports and update the business on performance
  
• Create client reports or export data requested by clients
  
• Visualize exported data using Looker Studio
  

Monthly Jobs:

• Generate business invoices and follow up on unpaid invoices
  
• Generate payout reports
  
• Check and audit payment/usage data from key partners
  
• Coordinate the sending of customer EDMs with the content designer
  
• Conduct ad hoc research tasks
  
• Perform ad hoc website updates (with basic HTML)
