We are currently working with a growing german multinational company dedicated to the construction and creation of infrastructures. They have more than 4,000 employees in 51 locations around the world. In their projects they always take into account respect for the environment, a holistic aproach they like to call "The blue way". They are looking for a Presales Consultant - Software Dev. **

What your tasks would be? 👩‍💻🤟**

  • Manage the entire sales pre-cycle from qualification to implementation team handover.
  • Supporting and maintaining the pre-sales process throughout the sales cycle.
  • Facilitating scoping meetings to understand the prospect’s business challenges.
  • Identifying the necessary internal resources, such as industry experts and client advocates, to ensure success.
  • Developing a value-based approach to address the prospect’s business issues, including defining success criteria.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to define the scope of proposed solutions and deliverables.
  • Optimising proposed solutions to enhance implementation team success and meet prospect requirements.
  • Creating customer-facing documentation, presentations, and proposals in collaboration with sales and marketing.
  • Providing input on value-based ROI proposals.

  • Collaboration for Cloud Migration: Collaborated with organisations to migrate applications, data, and infrastructure to cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, AWS (Amazon Web Services) etc.
  • Digital Strategy Development: Provided expert guidance in developing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Process Evaluation and Enhancement: Evaluated existing processes and technologies to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Virtualisation Implementation: Defined virtualisation solutions, creating virtual versions of computer hardware or resources. Leveraged virtualisation technologies to optimise performance, scalability, and resource utilisation.
  • Database Migration to Cloud: Successfully migrated on-premises SQL databases to cloud-based solutions, including Data Lakes, Platform-as-a-Service (PAS) SQL databases, storage accounts, and NoSQL servers.
  • Container Orchestration and Management: Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of managing Docker and Kubernetes services for container orchestration.
  • DevOps Familiarity: Familiarity with DevOps processes, utilising tools such as GitHub or Azure DevOps. Accelerated software development cycles by suggesting agile methodologies with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
