Contract Administrator

Tasks & Responsibilities: - Overseeing the life cycle of contract management. - Creating templates for each step in the process across all organizations. - Following standard templates and ensuring both internal and external parties complete their portion. - Creating a timeline for each contract step and ensuring adherence. - Contacting vendors and confirming participation in initiation or renewal cycles. - Setting up meetings with stakeholders and facilitating completion of templates. - Documenting meeting outcomes, decisions, and next steps. - Reminding stakeholders of their deliverables and following up with those missing.

Skills and Qualifications: - Experience in handling various administrative tasks efficiently. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Excellent communication skills. - Proactive stance in managing responsibilities and deadlines. - Attention to detail and ability to resolve issues promptly. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and PDF software.
