Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.
• Manage candidate relationships with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and facilitate efficient communication with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent level of English language

This role is fully remote, from Europe and is on a commission basis only.
