We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to join the EverCommerce Payments Solutions team to focus on commerce enablement across the EverCommerce suite of Products. The EverCommerce Payment Solutions organization is focused on delivering unparalleled value to our customers through frictionless embedded payments and commerce solutions at scale. As a member of the Strategy and Implementation team you will play a key role in identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating the delivery of solutions and best practices to drive scalable growth across all EverCommerce Solution Organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insight and aid decision-making using BI tools such as Power BI, or Looker.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from payment processing activity across a wide range of vendors to generate reports and insights across the organization.
• Develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards, for various audiences across the organization and providing regular updates to help drive business outcomes.
• Ensure that reports and dashboard are maintained and working as expected.
• Execute standards for data quality that ensures reliability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with EverCommerce solution organizations and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and process improvement.
• Utilize BI tools and technologies to transform raw data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making and provide data-driven insights on emerging trends in the payment industry.
• Stay current with industry developments, trends, and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role within the payment industry.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for a non-technical audience.
• Familiarity with payment processing platforms, systems, and technologies.
• Strong project management and time-management skills.
• Adept at working independently and in cross-functional teams.
• A desire to stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Where:

This is a remote, US based position, some travel required for quarterly events and on-sight partner meetings in Denver, CO. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $85,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
