Content SEO and Social Media Specialist

Position: Content SEO and Social Media Specialist

Location: Europe (remote)

This role will be responsible to help shape and define our global digital footprint through implementation of best-in-class SEO and social media practices. If you are passionate about creating compelling and resonant content for social and digital channels, we want to hear from you.

The role will sit within the creative and content team but collaborate closely with marketers and other stakeholders from across the globe. The desired candidate will have strong copywriting skills to develop compelling social content and deliver solid website optimization recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to identify opportunities to enhance and optimize web content

• Update, maintain, edit, and or provide content recommendations to improve page rankings and create opportunities for link building

• Manage our corporate social channels namely, LinkedIn and Twitter / X, ensuring the content is relevant and up to date.

• Work with digital agencies on social media follower growth campaigns

• Write and edit content to ensure best application of keywords and meta-tagging

• Run A/B tests for our website content to improve its performance

• Create, schedule and publish content and campaigns across various social media channels

• Produce engaging social content to drive cross-channel engagement and growth

• Create a structured, always-on social media calendar to grow and nurture our social media audiences and increase engagement rates

• Develop social assets and content that align with and help bolster our brand

• Deliver regular analysis and reporting on social media metrics and content performance

 Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferably with a specialty in digital or content marketing.

• At least 2 years of previous experience in SEO and Social Media platform management for a global brand as either part of an internal team or external agency

• Understanding of multilingual international SEO strategies

• Experience of growing B2B social media channels and implementing strategies to increase followship.

• Proficiency with managing social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter / X, and YouTube

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong communication skills and content writing abilities

• Self- motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and work ethic

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Second language beyond English is desirable
