The platform utilizes smart contracts leveraging blockchain technology to facilitate secure and transparent transactions between parties, eliminating the need for intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Identify and solve operational inefficiencies, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of platforms.

• Product Management: Collaborate with the product team to manage and guide the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs.

• Cross-functional Communication: Serve as the crucial link between business operations and the technical team, translating complex concepts to foster mutual understanding and progress.

• Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of our crowdfunding platform and circular token economy, becoming the go-to product expert.

• Marketing Collaboration: Assist the marketing team in crafting accurate and compelling product communications.

• Vendor Management: Oversee outsourced development teams to ensure efficient and quality product development.

• Project Management: Utilize Asana for task tracking across departments, aligning efforts towards common goals.

• Strategic Planning: Organize meeting agendas and prioritize tasks to support the General Manager in decision-making processes.

• Exchange Liaison: Manage exchange listing applications and maintain relationships with exchanges to secure listings.

• Team Leadership: Manage virtual assistants, delegating tasks, and consolidating their output, while also handling budgets related to these operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in operational leadership in Web3

• Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Asana.

• Excellent communication skills, able to act as a translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of product development cycles and digital marketing strategies.

• Strategic thinker, capable of making data-driven decisions and prioritizing effectively.

• Experience with budget management and team leadership.

• Analytical mindset, with an ability to solve complex problems creatively and efficiently.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tech or fintech sector.
