Onboarding Operations Manager

What you'll do:

• Build & coach: As we grow our supply side of the marketplace (Truck drivers), we will work to get drivers on the road as fast and as safely as possible. This role will involve leading a team of onboarding specialists.

• Strategize: Develop cases, prioritization frameworks, implementation plans, and growth strategies for the supply side.

• Advise senior leadership on long-term strategy and decision-making by defining critical metrics, developing dashboards, and providing strategic insights

• Work with Product teams to guide the development of our solutions based on business and customer needs. Project manage cross-functional work streams for key Product roll-outs

• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other Operations teams as well as with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing people and teams

• 2+ years of client-facing experience

• 2-4 years of professional work experience in a related field, such as consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or analytics

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are skilled at project and process management such that you can easily balance urgent versus important requests, you can operate autonomously, and you flourish with ambiguity

• Analytical orientation, with an aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements
