Why You'll Love This Role

Cribl is looking forward to adding a Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance Director to the finance team to support our Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams. This individual will partner with senior leadership to drive Cribl’s GTM strategy and long-term growth. This role reports to the Head of FP&A and will manage a Sr. Analyst. We are a fast-growing, remote-first company with a mission to empower enterprises to unlock the value of all their data.

 

If You Got It, We Want It

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior GTM leaders including CRO, CMO, VP of Customer Experience and VP of Revenue Operations
  • Own budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams, ensuring leadership is equipped with financial resources and data to achieve Company’s holistic goals 
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations team to develop and track KPIs, facilitate and improve the accuracy of top-line forecasting and measure sales productivity 
  • Partner with GTM Operations teams to drive pipeline forecasting and reporting 
  • Maintain and refine variable compensation expense modeling 
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses including ROI assessments of potential investments (e.g. entering new regions/segments, channel initiatives, etc.) 
  • Assist in preparation of reporting packages for quarterly board and investor materials 
  • Provide coaching, mentorship and guidance to Sr. Analyst and other junior team members

 

As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Have...

  • 10+ years of FP&A, Finance or Accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
  • Previous experience supporting Sales and Marketing teams as a Finance business partner
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to build and develop successfully teams
  • Willingness to operate as a player-coach, managing others’ workloads while also digging into to the details when necessary
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and wear multiple hats
  • Exemplary attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally
  • Experience with financial software tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, NetSuite, and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related focus

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a high growth, pre-IPO SaaS company
  • Experience as a people manager

 

Salary Range ($180,000 - $220,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary
