Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, anticipate workforce needs, and develop plans to address talent gaps and challenges;
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment;
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and selection processes to attract and retain top talent;
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching to drive employee engagement and development;
  • Learning and Development: Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, foster career growth, and support succession planning initiatives;
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the change process;
  • HR Analytics: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement in HR programs and processes, informing strategic decision-making;
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigate HR-related risks, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices;
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to support business initiatives and drive synergies between HR and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred;
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic business partnering and organizational development;
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic environments, adapt to change, and lead transformational initiatives;
  • Advanced computer skills, proficient MS package.
