Business Analysis: Before we kick off the recruitment journey, you'll team up closely with our managers to get a clear picture of our needs and define the perfect role.
Recruitment Process Management: Think of yourself as the conductor of a recruitment orchestra! You'll be leading the show for all your open roles, managing the entire process from start to finish, ensuring it's not just smooth sailing but also a fun ride for everyone involved.
Talent Sourcing: Your detective hat will be on, as you scout for the best talent out there, using local and international platforms, including some top-notch headhunting skills.
Candidate Experience: Imagine walking in the shoes of our candidates, making sure their journey with us is extraordinary. Your empathy and attention to detail will make all the difference.
Employer Branding: You're not just part of the team; you're also our shining star when it comes to representing Nobel. Whether it's at job fairs or any other event, you'll be our rockstar Employer Brand Ambassador.
Hiring Process: From contract signatures to ensuring our new team members have all the tools they need, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Reporting** : Keep everyone in the loop! You'll be our go-to person for updates on recruitment projects, providing valuable insights to managers and our HR Director through comprehensive reports.

Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, preferably in the SSC industry
- Experienced working knowledge of talent acquisition philosophy and principles
- Proven work experience as a Headhunter in the international market
- English language proficiency
- Flexible, problem-solving approach and strong team player
- Ability to navigate challenges with a solution-focused mindset

- Strong customer focus
- Ability to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation
- Very good understanding of the local and international market
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
