The Marketing Data Analyst supports marketing and sales to hit new business growth targets. This role will support demand generation initiatives, including data reporting needs, ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing data, and support analytics and insights related to all marketing initiatives. _**

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Demand Generation Initiatives: Support the development of demand generation initiatives focused on hitting our business growth targets. These include projects or processes around funnel optimization, account segmentation, revenue optimization, email channel performance audits, CRM data audits, content recommendation with AI Augmentation Project.
• Report Building: serve as the 'go-to' resource for marketing teams' reporting needs. This includes helping to build - the monthly marketing report, Funnel Optimization reports, Content / SEO Performance report, and other ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Reporting - Data Visualization: Effectively use graphs, charts, and other visualization tools to communicate insights from marketing data.
• Data Collection: responsible for extracting and managing data from all marketing data sources. This involves cleaning, organizing, and integrating, to make ready for immediate use.
• Process Automation: there is also ample opportunity to optimize and automate data enrichment projects across our martech infrastructure which includes Excel, Google sheets, Salesforce, Pardot, Ahrefs, Google Analytics and more.
• Build process documentation and assist with completion and automation of administrative sales and marketing process tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a major/concentration related to marketing, statistics, mathematics, or other related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - in manipulating data and running analysis
• Familiar with Data Visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detailed-oriented - must possess a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all tasks
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail
• Curiosity for data-driven storytelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
• Noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
• Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
• Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 50 pounds.
