Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to run Mysa’s paid media campaigns and establish repeatable growth for customer acquisition which is paramount to the success of our brand. To be successful in this position you will need to leverage data and analytics to develop well-designed experiments - the resulting growth numbers will speak for themselves!

Your daily responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing and assessing our paid customer acquisition landscape.
  • Leading the identification of new and emerging opportunities that can contribute to Mysa’s brand awareness and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Testing & measuring messaging that drives conversion with key customer profiles.
  • Maintaining a full-view of the acquisition funnel, diagnosing problems, and identifying solutions.
  • Prioritizing and assessing the impact, effort, and confidence for new channels and experiments.
  • Owning and contributing to small to large scale projects - e.g. create new landing pages or introducing new website experience functionality.
  • Developing, maintaining and evolving our experimentation process, budget allocation, and its documentation.
  • Documenting and sharing experiment outcomes and insights with the marketing team and cross-functionally where applicable.
  • Staying in the know on the latest and greatest channels, tactics and campaigns that can drive B2C growth.

  • Your Star Qualities:
  • 3-5 years in a growth marketing role, where you have been responsible for growing KPIs ideally in a DTC setting.
  • Hands on paid media experience across META, Google and Amazon.
  • Critical thinking skills that allow you to go beyond just the numbers and assess creative assets and copy.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and website best practices, as well as growth principles and experimentation methodologies (e.g. A/B testing, Multivariate testing).
  • Experience performing data analysis with web analytics data to extract insights or identify optimization opportunities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including with brand marketing, creative teams, paid media teams and product teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business and fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, make great decisions quickly, and push initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and champion new concepts/ideas.
  • Excellent analytical skills - ability to untangle complex problems by diving deep into data in a methodical manner.
  • A demonstrated track record of growing a consumer-facing company.
