Solutions Architect (Remote)

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing team. We will be happy to welcome you onboard in our remote team working from around the globe. **

Dare to have a mission:**

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design custom solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and user guides.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Assist in the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful deployment and providing technical support as needed.

The tools in your backpack:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect within the telecom industry.
• Specific experience in designing and implementing solutions using Genesys Cloud is a bonus
• Strong understanding of cloud-based contact center technologies and architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with other cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus.
