Job Description**

You'll lead our global finance department, overseeing all financial operations of our global service organization. From budgeting and forecasting to pricing and reporting, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy forward. Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to impact business strategy and financial performance, serving as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders. **

Responsibilities**

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develop predictive analytical tools and financial statement models to ensure liquidity management and compliance.

Oversee closing and consolidation processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Lead ERP and PSA system migration and implementation efforts.

Develop statutory reporting processes for international entities to ensure compliance.

Manage internal financial controls and tax compliance.

Develop pricing policies and models in collaboration with business unit leaders.

Implement financial policies and procedures across the organization.

Provide monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management and the Board of Directors.

Partner with internal teams to evolve reporting and analysis platforms.

Identify operational improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in financial processes. **

Requirements**

Exceptional management and supervisory skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills. **

Experience With Enterprise-wide ERP Solutions And International Intercompany Transactions.**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting required; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.

CPA or equivalent strongly preferred. **

Compensation**

Fifteen years or more of related experience required.

Our compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $220,000 annually, based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and education. Additionally, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, paid holidays, and other benefits. **
