About The Role**

As our Operations Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving real estate transactions forward, managing projects, negotiating with vendors and potential buyers, and spearheading new initiatives. While you'll primarily work remotely, you'll also have the exciting opportunity to visit our rehab properties weekly across the surrounding counties, requiring some flexibility.

In this dynamic position, you'll need a strong drive to push projects forward efficiently, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills. We value proactive problem solvers who contribute solutions, not just identify problems. Adaptability is key—we thrive on structure but remain flexible to evolving needs. Position Details**

  • Full-time, Remote (Must reside in the Tampa area)
  • Salary: $55,000 annually + Quarterly team bonuses (up to $10,000 annually)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline property purchase, rehab, and disposition processes
  • Coordinate with sellers, title companies, lenders, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Market properties on various channels, vet prospective buyers, and oversee transaction coordination
  • Support Operations Manager with administrative tasks and contribute to new initiatives

Qualifications And Preferences

  • A "Team First" mindset with a commitment to accountability
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous industry experience not required but beneficial
  • Preference for candidates familiar with Hillsborough/Pinellas area
