Job Description

You’ll create the systems, templates, and frameworks that streamline everything from client delivery to marketing automation. Responsibilities

• Develop clear, comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
  
• Design intuitive templates and frameworks to optimize operational areas like client management, project delivery, and more
  
• Manage and enhance the CRM system (GoHighlevel) and email marketing automation workflows
  
• Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  
• Potentially assist with general operations and administrative tasks as needed
  

Requirements

• Proven experience effectively managing CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  
• GoHighlevel experience is a must
• Exceptional skills in process mapping and creating thorough, easy-to-follow SOPs
  
• Ability to build streamlined operational templates, checklists, and frameworks
  
• Strong organizational abilities and talent for multitasking
  
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for continuous process improvement
