Job Description**
We are on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Employee Communications professional to join our team as a People & Culture Communications Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering effective communication within our company, spanning all our markets. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive internal communication plans, creating engaging content across various channels, and spearheading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote our company culture. **
Key Responsibilities**
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with teams across all markets to ensure seamless execution of the communication plan.
Create compelling and informative content for various internal communication channels, collaborating closely with the Marketing team and other key stakeholders.
Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement in alignment with the overall communication plan.
Craft clear and consistent messages to effectively convey key company initiatives, policies, and updates to employees.
Collaborate with senior leadership to cascade important information and align messaging with company vision and values.
Organize various platforms of communication such as Global All Hands Calls and in-person meetings and events.
Scale out our communications capabilities and resources over time to include Corporate Communications, External Communications, and CEO Thought Leadership. **
Required Qualifications**
Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, events, or a related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using communication tools, platforms, and collaboration tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches to engage employees.
Partnership mindset with proven experience working as a business partner to a People function.
Experience in strategic, operational, and change communications.
Knowledge of evaluating the effectiveness of communications systems.
Familiarity with new and emerging platforms and channels for engagement with target audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working to deadlines and budgets.
Self-starter with high levels of personal motivation and adaptability to change.
