The Role: Social Media Coordinator
As a Social Media Coordinator at our agency, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting captivating content strategies. From developing content calendars to fostering engagement and building online communities, you'll embody the essence of our clients' brands across social platforms. Collaborating closely with our team, you'll brainstorm and execute innovative content that aligns with our overarching strategies, staying ahead of trends and insights through social listening. **
Responsibilities**
Develop and manage content calendars for brands' social media channels, blending evergreen content with timely campaigns.
Serve as a community manager, maintaining brand voice and engaging with audiences on platforms like TikTok.
Collaborate with the creative team to ideate relevant content aligned with client strategies.
Utilize social listening to source trends and insights for content brainstorming.
Oversee content flow across platforms, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations.
Assist in content creation and posting, supporting Content Producers as needed.
Contribute to regular reporting to measure community initiatives' success and inform future strategies. **
Qualifications**
1-2 years of client-facing social media management or strategy experience in a creative agency.
Proficiency in managing social media channels, with a focus on TikTok.
Strong writing skills, particularly in crafting brand-centric social copy.
Passion for client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation**
The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000-65,000. However, we believe in compensating our team members based on their skills and experience, ensuring pay equity across the board.
