Who You Are:
As a Graphic Designer, you will utilize your skills and experience to edit, create and even design high quality social media and marketing campaigns. You will be integral to conceptualizing major campaigns, developing visual direction, collaborating with marketing and content teams to turn ideas into reality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visually design marketing campaigns, including web, social and digital advertising media.
• Design performance marketing assets that also push the brand forward in a meaningful way.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and create beautiful designs to support our product and marketing efforts.
• Brainstorm and generate concepts with the team based on marketing initiatives.
• Working with influencers and other content creators/specialist to align with our ever-changing business and customer needs.
• Will perform additional responsibilities when required

Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

• Must be available to permanently work US hours. 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday CST (which would be Mon-Fri 11pm-7am Philippine time or Mon- Fri 8:30pm-5:30am IST if the candidate is based in India).
• BA in Design or Art-related field; or relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience in Adobe Suite preferred.
• Knowledgeable and experienced working in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Have basic & navigational knowledge of MAC and Google products.
• Must be able to deliver quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and keen attention to detail.
• Creativity and great listening skills are a must for this position.
• Must be able to adapt to a remote environment and communicate consistently with global teams.
• High degree of initiative, self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to provide a working atmosphere that is positive and productive.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members.
• A portfolio of previous graphics creation work.
