Job Summary: As a Business Analyst at MSPbots, you will be instrumental in supporting our Product Manager and the product development team. Your role will focus on analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and business data to inform strategic decisions and product improvements. You will serve as a bridge between the business and technical realms, ensuring our product strategies are data-driven and aligned with market needs and company objectives.

• Work Hours and Schedule: Semi-flexible, 8 AM to 5 PM CDT (9 PM to 6 AM PHT), Fixed rest days (Sat-Sun)
  
• Work Duration: Permanent/Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the MSP sector.
• Strategy Support: Collaborate with Product Managers to refine product strategies based on analytical insights.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback and usage data to identify areas for product enhancement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to inform product decisions with accurate data.
• Knowledge Sharing: Create articles and release notes for product launches, collaborating with various teams.
• Business Requirements: Develop and maintain detailed specifications for product features and enhancements.
• Analytics Dashboards: Create and manage dashboards to track product performance and key metrics.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the product team and stakeholders to clarify product features and benefits.
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct interviews to elicit business requirements, creating low-fidelity mockups and refining them based on feedback.
• Data-Driven Support: Assist in prioritization and decision-making processes with data-driven insights.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the MSP or SaaS sectors. Familiarity with MSP business models and operations is a plus.
• Analytical Tools: Experience in using analytics and CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, to analyze customer data and market trends.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to use data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements documents, flowcharts, and low-fidelity mockups.
• Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile development methodologies and user story creation to guide the development process.
  
• Location: Must be residing in the Philippines.
