Kongsberg PCS is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in selling Kongsberg solutions to customers, resellers, and new companies, establishing us as their preferred supplier.Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct sales prospecting for new businesses, focusing on direct accounts. - Manage existing accounts in key markets including corrugated packaging, signage and display, flexible packaging converters, and more. - Sell the full Kongsberg portfolio with a focus on value selling. - Provide effective solutions to customers and identify add-on sales opportunities. - Establish strong business contacts, generate competitive proposals, and pursue targeted projects. - Keep abreast of market developments and opportunities, implementing go-to-market strategies for new products and markets. - Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitors' pricing and positioning.

Qualifications and Professional Knowledge:** - Minimum 5 years of hands-on sales experience in B2B environments, preferably in digital printing, packaging, or IT solutions. - Understanding of corrugated packaging and sign & display markets. - Knowledge of the packaging industry and digital finishing solutions is advantageous. - Familiarity with finance fundamentals. - Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time. - Industry hands-on production experience with Kongsberg systems is preferred.

Competencies:** - Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills. - Proven track record in both up-selling and developing new customers. - Proficient in English with excellent communication skills. - Self-motivated with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
