Overview

The role involves reviewing credit repair files for discrepancies, collaborating with clients for documentation, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. It also includes engaging with credit bureaus and creditors to dispute inaccuracies and negotiate settlements. Monitoring case progress, providing updates, and ensuring compliance with regulations are key. Qualifications include experience in credit repair or related fields, CRM proficiency, strong communication, analytical skills, and self-motivation. High school diploma required, additional finance education advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of credit repair files to identify discrepancies, inaccuracies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather necessary documentation and information required for the credit repair process.
  • Accurately input and update client data within our CRM system, ensuring integrity and completeness of records.
  • Engage with credit bureaus, creditors, and other relevant entities to dispute inaccuracies, negotiate settlements, and advocate on behalf of clients.
  • Monitor the progress of credit repair cases, providing regular updates and guidance to clients throughout the process.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and standards governing credit repair practices, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct at all times.
    Work collaboratively with team members to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in credit repair, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and familiarity with data entry processes.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage and assist clients effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trends within credit reports.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields is advantageous.
    Applications/Software
    • Experience working with any Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus.
    • Familiarity with credit repair industry tools and platforms (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud, DisputeBee, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools as needed.
