Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations (PR) Lead to manage our public relations initiatives and elevate our brand presence in the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns, fostering relationships with key media outlets and influencers, and enhancing the visibility and reputation of Delinea in the market. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to promote Delinea's brand, products, and thought leadership in the cybersecurity industry.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, analysts, and industry influencers to secure positive press coverage and thought leadership opportunities.

• Lead the creation and dissemination of press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages and initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including executive leadership, product management, technology, and marketing to align PR efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.

• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks, and adjust PR strategies accordingly.

• Work with Delinea spokespeople to ensure Delinea is represented in media interviews, speaking engagements, and industry events.

• Oversee relationships with global media agencies, ensuring alignment with Delinea's PR strategies, objectives, and brand guidelines while maximising opportunities for positive media coverage and brand visibility.

• Measure and analyse the effectiveness of PR initiatives, leveraging metrics and KPIs to optimise performance and drive continuous improvement.

• Stay informed about emerging PR trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure Delinea remains at the forefront of PR innovation and excellence.

• Manage crisis communication strategies and response plans to protect and enhance the company's reputation during challenging situations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

• 5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or related roles, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry.

• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing PR strategies that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and positive media coverage.

• Strong media relations skills, with a deep understanding of media landscapes, journalist workflows, and editorial processes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, press releases, and other PR materials.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable PR initiatives and campaigns.

• Creative, resourceful, and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for driving results and making an impact.

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

• Proficiency in media monitoring and PR measurement tools.
