Our goal is to unify the fragmented gaming industry around one platform. Ultra aggregates all gamers’ activities in one place: from buying, playing and reselling games, to accessing live-streaming platforms, tournaments, reviews and contests, as well as interacting with communities and brands. The Role
Ultra's platform consists of a full ecosystem of apps and features offering a custom, complete experience to every user. Reporting directly to our co-CEO Nicolas, the Head of Marketing will be planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts for all the Ultra brands and products.
Specifically, we’re looking for someone who will oversee the organisation's marketing strategy on various media, lead a team of marketing and community experts, orchestrate our communication with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring the Ultra brand remains strong and current.

Key Requirements5+ years experience running successful marketing campaigns within a range of channels (social, website, email etc.)Fluent in English Knowledge and genuine interest in the web3 spaceExperience developing digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and influencer marketingExperience leading and growing a team, as well as the ability to set and prioritize goalsIt's great (but not mandatory) if you also have:Mid to senior level marketing experience within a successful web3 gaming project Knowledge and genuine interest in video gamesStrong knowledge of the Ultra ecosystem and our products English is your native languageWhat you will do:Your challengesYou will work with staff & partners all around the world, and collaborating efficiently with them will be part of your daily routine, and the key to our successUltra is a platform with infinite potential. Your tasks
