Project Manager - Web Design & Digital Marketing

Location: Work From Home - USA Based

Seeking a dynamic certified Project Manager with Agile/Scrum expertise for our innovative web design and digital marketing agency. This role involves managing a variety of projects, including website design, development, content creation, and comprehensive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media). The successful candidate will blend traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach, particularly Scrum, to ensure effective project delivery.

Project Management

-Monitor ticket system to ensure that all tickets are moved to Zoho projects (task) within the appropriate project milestone. Close tickets.

-Create and manage project lifecycle within Zoho Projects for Onboarding, Web, SEO, PPC, Social, and other marketing and advertising campaigns.

-Daily grooming of project Kanban boards.

-Sprint management.

-Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of web design and development projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

-Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups (with various stakeholders), sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint demos.

-Track and report project progress using Agile metrics and tools, adapting plans and strategies as needed.

-Create and manage project timelines, coordinating communication with clients, overseeing team collaboration 

-Completing projects within specified timelines, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, optimizing resource utilization for increased efficiency.

Leadership

-Guide and manage content teams for SEO-optimized content creation within an Agile framework.

-Oversee and direct digital marketing projects, such as SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media strategies, through Agile practices.

-Resource leveling, budget and margin tracking.

-Provide solutions for daily blockers to your teams (squad and stakeholders).

Communications

-Liaise with clients to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring their needs are met in a collaborative Agile environment,  ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

-Collaborate with sales, account managers, designers, developers, content creators, and digital marketers, encouraging a continuous improvement and iterative mindset.

-Make recommendations to leadership on process improvements and resource optimization.

-Providing a “white glove” approach to all customer projects ensuring satisfaction

Ongoing Learning

-Maintain an understanding of current digital marketing trends, web technologies, and Agile best practices.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.

-Mandatory PMP certification and significant experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

-Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a web design or digital marketing agency setting.

-Profound knowledge in web design and development, digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media).

-Experienced in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Zoho).

-Exceptional leadership, communication, and team facilitation skills.

-Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

-Scrum Master certification or extensive experience in a Scrum Master role.

-Client management and negotiation skills.
