Manager of Contracts and Procurement

Are you an empathetic, relatable SaaS professional who enjoys building relationships and collaborating with vendors and clients? Do you like to jump right in and take ownership of negotiations while being mindful of opportunities to decrease risk? This innovative fintech company is pioneering the development of dispute management software solutions and is seeking their first Manager of Contracts and Procurement. In this role, you will manage relationships with Quavo’s vendors, administer agreements, and review NDAs, proposals, & vendor contracts to mitigate risk. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position that can be performed anywhere in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).

Requirements

Must Haves

• 7-10 years of contract management experience, with an eye for identifying and dispelling risk in contracts
  
• Demonstrated background managing client and vendor contract negotiations
  
• Strong organization skills with experience tracking expiring agreements
  
• Successful track record of building positive relationships with both vendors and clients; ability to connect with and relate to representatives
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  

Nice-To-Haves

• Strong preference given to candidates with paralegal experience
  
• Background in the SaaS or tech industry
  
• Bachelor's degree
