Your missions
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth client delivery, assist firm owner with various tasks, and manage marketing administration.
· Assist in coordinating and executing tasks related to client journey, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
· Handle diverse administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
· Provide assistance organization and execution of different events
· Maintain contact databases and mailing lists with updates
