Compensation & Benefits:
- 250 Basis Point Compensation
- 1099 & W2 available (State restrictions may apply)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Educate, advise, and guide potential borrowers through the loan process.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Consistently self-sourcing $500K+ per month in originations
- Must close 3 self-sourced loans to activate leads
- High-School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Mortgage Loan Originator license with NMLS
